I pulled out all the stops for this fic. I'm literally putting both of my degrees to work here! (just kidding)

Dusha是俄語的「靈魂、精神」的意思，俄羅斯文化過去會以「俄羅斯精神russkaya dusha」來描述認同自身俄羅斯民族性。

Moya Dusha是俄語「我的靈魂/我的精神」，但只在文學中出現，平常並不會用來稱呼伴侶。至於Dusha moya則是調整了語序，強調"Dusha"，同時也可以用作呼喚的情況，所以意譯會是「我的靈魂哪。」

所以寫了Dusha Moya作為這篇fic的專輯名稱😌

Dusha means "soul" or "spirit" in Russian. Historically, Russian culture has used the term "Russkaya dusha" (the Russian Soul) to define and describe the essence of Russian national identity.

While "Moya Dusha" translates to "my soul/spirit," it is a phrase primarily found in literature and isn't typically used as a casual term of endearment for a partner. However, by inverting the word order to "Dusha moya", the emphasis shifts to the word "Dusha." This version can also function as a vocative, a direct call to someone, making its emotional translation feel more like, "Oh, my soul."

That is why I chose "Dusha Moya" as the album title for this fic. As for who Ilya is actually calling out to with 'Dusha moya'... I'll leave that to your imagination 😌

Montreal Metros打進季後賽了，這是Shane在少了Rozanov演奏會期間發生的好事之一，然後另一件好事，Rozanov的首張音樂會專輯CD、DVD以及黑膠唱片版即將發行，而且收錄的是北美巡演的最後一站，蒙特婁交響音樂廳Montreal Maison Symphonique的錄影版。

而Shane不負眾望地，又一次輸了搶購戰爭。只不過他不太介意這次的失敗，他相信銷售率會好到讓唱片公司再製，只是有點遺憾沒能買到粉絲典藏版。

六週後，Shane租賃的代收郵件公司通知他去蒙特婁寄取站領貨，但是Shane完全沒有印象自己下訂什麼東西寄到這個代收地址。當他取貨開箱後，立刻就傳訊息給Lily，AKA Rozanov的工作夥伴Svetlana。

L We confirm re-production. Quantity is enough. No worry them, Shane. You should worry why your luck so bad, you cant even buy Rozanov merch.

Shane完全沒想到他必須在兩個通訊軟體之間切換著解釋他為什麼不能出席演奏會，而這兩個聊天對話甚至沒有時間差，Lily跟Ilya現在是在共享手機螢幕嗎？

Shane以為他只是個粉絲，就跟其他忠實的粉絲一樣，沒出席演奏會不是什麼大事。他當初看到演奏會日期公佈的時候也很難過，但他真的沒辦法去。Shane也是直到那時候才發現，原來某些事是有可能比Rozanov的演奏會更重要。

Montreal Metros finally made the playoffs, which was one of the few good things that happened to Shane during the "Rozanov-less" period. Another highlight? Rozanov's debut concert album available on CD, DVD, and vinyl, was about to be released. It featured the recording from the final stop of the North American tour at the Montreal Maison Symphonique.

Unsurprisingly, Shane lost the "pre-order war" yet again. He didn't take the loss too hard this time. Though he was pretty sure the sales would be so high that the record label would eventually restock. Still, he felt a little pang of regret about missing out on the limited Fan Collector's Edition.

Six weeks later, Shane got a notification from his mail pickup service telling him he had a package waiting. Shane racked his brain, but he couldn't remember ordering anything to that specific address. 

The second he picked it up and unboxed it, he grabbed his phone and immediately messaged Lily, aka Svetlana, Rozanov's working partner.

Shane never imagined he'd end up juggling two different messaging apps just to explain why he couldn't make it to the concert. The messages were coming in so fast, with zero lag between them. Were Lily and Ilya literally sharing a phone screen right now?

Shane had always assumed he was just a fan, like any other loyal follower, missing one show shouldn't have been such a massive deal. He'd been gutted when the tour dates were first announced, but he really couldn't go. 

It was only then that Shane realized, for the first time, that some things could actually take priority over a Rozanov concert.

Shane jumped back to his chat with Rozanov.
